I thoroughly enjoy painting every day objects around the house... I often use them when I paint from life for my "one a day" paintings. There's something about using an artistic license to make something we see every day (like a teapot) and transforming it into something fresh and new that appeals to the artist in me and hopefully communicates something to you, the viewer. Hope you enjoy this small painting I have titled... "Short and Stout".
